Just a quick thank you for your advice & assistance that you have provided to me re my investment property in Forest Lake.

I suppose I had the usual sceptical attitude you are used to dealing with but I must say you answered my questions& concerns very honestly & promptly. The tour of Forest Lake dispelled any further doubts that I had.

Annie MacKay & her staff have been very professional but managed to be friendly as well, Annie had a tenant for me who agreed to a 12 month lease after only 1 day of putting the property on the rental market.

Thanks to your other staff as well as I was able to receive updated photo’s via email as well as progress reports which showed that construction of the property was either in line with or in front of expectations.
